2.The components of the Straighting Machine
This leveler consists of : frame, roll cassette, press-down unit, life,
pinch delivery unit, clearance unit, power transmit unit, lubricate system,
hydraulic system and electrical control system.
The strip comes into leveler from left side and its maximum
working speed is 260m/min.
3.Advanced characters of this Straightening Machine:
(1)Clearance device can clean upper and lower work rolls surface timing
to avoid anything attach at strip surface.
(2) Pinch delivery unit can ensure strip goes into fly shear directly to help
cross cutting favoring.
(3) Work roll are driven by constant velocity joint, that CV-joint can ensure work rolls running stably.
(4)It has no intermediate roll and back up rolls, so it is easy for roll maintenance.
